Wieland-Davco Corporation is a construction management company based in Lansing, Mich. The company specializes in design/build projects, construction management services and general contracting work in Michigan and throughout the United States. It is a certified ISO 9001:2000 General Contractor/Construction Manager. Weiland-Davco was founded in 1957. Much of its growth has been related to its design, development and marketing of metal buildings in Michigan. The company undertakes approximately 30 building projects per year, which include churches, auto dealerships, government buildings, hotel/country clubs, manufacturing facilities, offices, research and development labs and offices, retail, warehourse/distribution facilities and a few residential properties.
