In a trend that I notice more and more, Total Comfort apparently has so much business that they don't need mine. I called them about service for my air conditioner condensor, leaving my number and information. I never received even a courtesy call in return. Anyone I know will be steered away from Total Comfort by me in the future. I'm sure the other local Lansing companies will actually care to help you out.
