What makes us unique is out in-house capabilities. We flood weld and stress relieve in-house which allows us to do a lot of different types of composite welds to improve die life and reduce cost. Turn key saves time, cost, and assures better quality.If you have that difficult job, large runner, need help reducing you tooling cost, or just making ten prototypes we can help.S & S Die welds everything from bolsters, rams, and sow blacks to hammer, press, and trim tooling. We also provide stress relieving, giving you a large selection of welding options.S & S Die does all types of forge tooling, primarily dies, square or round, roll dies, twist, calibration, coin, trim tooling, etc.When it comes to repair parts and tooling we can make a variety of parts. Bolsters, trim die sets, and die holders ; all press and hammer tooling, like dowels, keys, special bolts, kicker pins, clamps etc. We also do short run parts of 1000 pieces or less.
