The technician (Tom Barrett) was very accommodating and professional. He went right to work and completed the job as promised. It was quite cold, but there were no complaints from him.

Our sump pump failed during a major rainstorm on top of a big snow melt. We scheduled a service appointment for the following day, but then water started coming in the basement. We called Roto-Rooter to see if they could come sooner. They promised to see what they could do and sent a service provider (Jason L.) out a couple of hours later. He replaced the sump pump efficiently and also offered some good advice. We will definitely use Roto-Rooter for plumbing needs again.
