Yesterday I purchased bud light beer that was stale from your store #13 and was told by corporate receptionist to dump it out and return the cans and forget about it .i could not believe what I was told then spoke with Ligita and was given proper info how to resolve the situation then finally spoke with Tim Sherrin and was able to remedy the problem, and he did today. thank you Tim . Whoever that corporate receptionist is should get some proper training on handling these types of situations rather than tell someone to just dump out product &return the cans I can't through away $20 she might not me she also should learn how to read a calander and or add as she was not able to do so yesterday but everyone else I spoke with other than her did. I would hope when people call for a complaint about stale product she would think what if that was her and anyone that is of sound mind would never say to just dump it out and return the cans .
