Stopped in there at 4 am on the way to work, had to wait 10 minutes to have order taken. Then while waiting to have money taken, someone pulled up to the pick-up window in front of me, waiting for another 5 minutes, then when I finally made it to the pick-up window, they had given my order to the car that cut in front of me at the pick-up window. The manager on duty offered to re-do my order, but I would have to wait AGAIN for it to be prepared.
