THIS MCDONALDS IS VERY BAD AS FAR AS SERVICE GOES, I HAVE BEEN THERE ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND ORDERED SPECIAL GRILLS ONLY TO HAVE THEM WRONG EVERYTIME. I SPOKE WITH THE SHIFT MANAGER AND ALL HE OFFERED WAS TO HAVE MY MEAL REPLACED. , AND NOTHING ELSE FOR MY INCONVENIENCE. I ASKED FOR THE OWNERS NAME SO I COULD TAKE THIS MATTER UP WITH THEM., AND HE REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME THE PARTICULAR DATE OF THIS INCIDENT WAS JULY 24,2007 4:45PM. I HAVE INSTRUCTED ALL OF MY CO-WORKERS AT GENERAL MOTORS PLANT IN DELTA TOWNSHIP TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT, UNTIL THEY REALIZE THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS FIRST.
