We walked into the store late on a Saturday, and asked an employee on his way home for the day 'a quick question' about a guitar we were contemplating purchasing sometime in the future for our daughter. The young man spent the next hour with us explaining and showing us the difference in the electric acoustic guitars, even though he knew he was not going to get a sale that day. He was very helpful, knew his brands/styles and was an excellent musician. On another visit to the shop to buy sheet music, we also found the staff we encountered to be very helpful.

It was fine untel we tried to return it. It has been two months and they have not picked up the trombone and we are still being charged on our credit card. We tried calling them back and the line has been busy.

This place is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!! I got my flute here, when i started in my 1st year of band. Tenor Sax for marching band, it worked like'a charm. And I also took my bassoon there to get fixed once, it was amaing when i got it back. this place can fix any instrument! I love this place. I also get some cleaning supplies here, and reeds.
