I have used Barnum and Tenny a number of times, and prior to that other body shops.; The reasons I return and recommend their work follow: They develop options for how you can fix the damage. They have great resources for parts. They display a high level of caring for customers and personalize their services. They have a highly professional repair team. The finished product is excellent and lasts over time. And they operate an honest and organized business. I do dislike the phone background music though
