After having a lot of trouble initiating contact with these folks I finally did get an appointment with one of their psychiatrists who ended up being of no help whatsoever. (Essentially he looked at my medication history which includes everything under the sun and said "Well, you seem to have tried everything there is to try. If none of them helped you then I can't do anything you." He was not familiar with any non-medication treatments for depression nor was he able to recommend me to anyone else.)

Both I and my girlfriend, an MSW with several decades' experience as a clinician, then tried to find out if I might be able to schedule an appointment with a different person there. It was an exasperating and ultimately futile effort.

These people are poison. Stay away from them.

The professional staff (Dr. Meland, Angela S.) is superb. The biggest problem with this business is the staff greeting and dealing with patients. This staff has been rude and condescending with me personally. A shocking and inexcusable way to great patients coming in for help. Some patients are facing great issues and to be greeted by a cold, unprofessional, critical face and attitude when checking in, speaks horribly of the business and practice. Please FIX this now. NOW, for the sake of the patients and their families.

Front desk staff is terrible! They dont understand insurance, dont smile, dont greet you. Ask questions and i got "i dont know that" and closed the window in my face!! She waved me off to the teenager working with her who was even more rude. This disrespect and unprofessional behavior happens every visit and the doctors should be embarrassed.

SO rude and unprofessional. The blonde at the check in is ridiculously cold. She was sucking on a sucker while speaking to me, not dressed professionally and just downright lacking personality. How can anyone take an this place seriously? Will not be back!
