Shoe repair shops are difficult to find. This one does it all!

I've taken several shoes (heels, wedges, men's shoes), a purse (zipper was broken), leather couch cushion (zipper broken). One time, the guy behind me brought in a tent. Not sure of that repair detail, but that's how I remembered my couch cushion needed repair.

It's not "fast food." Turn around ranges from a couple of days to a bit more, but in this economy, that's good. It means they're busy and are, hopefully, here to stay.

Wow these guys can do it all. The best work on shoes in town. I've been a long time customer and the new updated store no only looks way better but the service is faster and the work is top notch. They also carry a wide variety of new Johnston and Murphy shoes along with redwings, and wolverine 1000 mile boots. I bought a pair of wolverines made in Michigan and look sweet!!

I’ve been a John’s 5-Star fan, recommender & disciple since the early 70s because of their outstanding work & service. Started with Mr & Mrs John, stayed through the wonderful team they mentored. Now I have to downgrade the new ownership. Work isn’t as good, they require a deposit & prices are much higher. Sic transit gloria John’s Shoe Repair.

I have been going here for years, and there service and work have always been excellent, I was in need of some work done on a designer bag, and I took in on a Friday, and they told me Wed of next week, I needed right away, they had it done the same day, excellent place of business, would recommend to all.....:)

Fabulous local secret. Can fix almost anything!

I have taken my heels to be repaired here several times and have been pleased with their work. I docked them a star because their hours are not convenient and sometimes I've had to wait a week or so to get my shoes back.
