This is the most cold-hearted, verbally abusive person I have ever come across in my life and she's a Judge! She wasn't interested in all the facts, she formed an opinion of a person and wouldn't waiver from that no matter what the attorney was trying to bring forward. Just rude to the core, blurts out insults during hearings, rolls her eyes. She took a 4 year old child from his mother and gave him to an abusive father, even when abuse was proven because she didn't like the mother's demeanor. There have been CPS reports, a CPS doctor confirmed abuse, assault charges and the child is terrified, does she care, nope, she won't waiver on her decision because then it would look like she screwed up, which she most certainly did! She wouldn't hear an ex parte emergency motion for custody, just dismissed it without any testimony. She shouldn't even be a judge, much less deal with family court issues. I sure hope she doesn't run for re-election in 2018 when her term ends. What has Ingham County come to letting someone like this make life decisions for people she doesn't even know!

My experience with this Judge was that I was trying to correct wrong findings by the Referee. I even had facts, not emotions. Her first words to me were "you are wasting this courts time" She is very abusive with the words that she uses, She has no problem belittling you! One of the worst Judges I have ever witnessed. Refused to hear all the facts as well as refused to hear all of the plaintiffs witnesses. She used coercion and scare tactics to force a terrible custody settlement in which full custody was granted to the less than ideal party. If you are assigned to this judge, it would behoove you to get your case re-assigned to a fair and impartial Judge.
