I was introduced to this company through a warranty repair through Best Buy, but my experience was great. The gentleman that came to my house was very respectful of my home and extremely nice to work with; an overall great experience. For any such repair I may need in the future, Home Electronics of Lansing has absolutely earned my business.

Home Electronics picked up my irreplaceable 60 inch Phillips TV and repaired it. When they returned it to me it was obvious that it had been handled roughly by a new employee. When I called the owner of the company, he immediately came to my home (40 miles away). No questions asked, he purchased and delivered the replacement TV of my choice. He travelled great distance and paid the extra money to get me an equivelant size TV. I kept waiting for the catch, but there was not one...the owner of this company is truly honorable!
