I've been purchasing my glasses at Goodrich Optical for 20 years and would never go anywhere else thanks to the great customer service I receive from the awesome staff. Also, Dr. Bosak is an excellent Optometrist.

I took my daughter here to get contacts/glasses. The eye doctor was very nice and took his time with us. And had no problems until I went to have my daughter fitted for her contact lenses, the lady who does the fitting was very rude. I was told I could stop in after 3 pm any day to have my daughter fitted. I stopped in on a Friday after noon and the lady said " You can not just come in you must have an apt to have her fitted and then she will have to have a follow up with the Dr. and you have a balance of 10.00!" So I said Im not trying to up set you or argue Im just trying to get my kid her contacts, can I schedule an apt to have her fitted and she replied in a very demeaning voice" Well yes, I dont just do fittings for the heck of it, and when I have time to see her I will. There was a small line behind us and was imbarassed and felt like I had done something wrong. I cant believe they think they can treat customers that way, contacts are not cheap!

This business has been around for a long time, always excelling with customer service, good prices, and great people working there. I have been a client for almost 40 years, and will NEVER go anywhere else.Great work, people!!!
