Would not recommend this business to anyone. If you choose to use them be sure you have in writing what your costs will be before authorizing repairs. Be sure if you have a warranty that G & W does their part as far as authorizing that repair prior to service being completed. Lesson learned.

We've used this store repeatedly and love it. Not only will they help you figure out which part you need, in order to fix it yourself, if you buy used appliances from them, those appliances have been checked and refurbished--you can trust the appliances you buy from this place!
