I went to Bliss for years. Never again. They are rude and I spent tons of money there over the years. My hair was not dyed properly, and half of it was left undone. Pure sham. Don't go there if you want to be treated nicely and feel better about yourself. I actually was so upset I cried, and Dallas didn't care. She's very snotty.

I got my hair colored today and they try to charge me 15 dollars for a blow dry. I declined and went home with wet hair. When i got home the hair color looked ugly and I called for a redo and they said I have to pay another 60 dollars for a redo when I had already spent over a hundred dollars.

This is a wonderful salon with friendly, talented people. The salon itself is lovely, full of light and attractive features. I have been there regularly and have always had kind, courteous attention and been very pleased with the services I've received. I would recommend it without hesitation.

I have been going to Karen Lee for over eight year. Karen has a great personally. She will go the extra mile for you to make sure your happy. When you walk in the salon there is some one who will ask you if you would like a coffee or a soda. The salon is very clean and you feel like your in your own home the way it is decorated. So if you need a great salon please go to ETC you will LOVE it like I DO.

Magi is the best! She will do wonders on your hair. Excellent job.

Ok, this salon is HORRIBLE. They are rude & unprofessional!! I went to them in March before my sisters wedding to get color done...and they had no idea what they were doing. Not to mention when I went to get my hair done 2 weeks ago at a different salon, this other salon showed me, before they put color on my hair, a bald spot the size of a dime that was NOT there when I went to Etc. Salon in March (in MI). So I call ETC. Salon up & speak with the owner & she is SOOO RUDE!! She's telling me they did nothing wrong...and won't even listen to what I have to say!! I'm trying to explain that it WAS NOT there when I went to them, & she's fussing at me!! Did I mention that my appointment that I had made to see them in March was made 1 week before hand, and they lost it and the girl that I requested to do my hair didn't even show up!! It's CHAOS there!!
