I have a rental unit and Clay has always taken care of my heating and air conditioning there. Clay is always quick to respond to my calls. I can give him a key and he always makes my repairs first trip. He is courteous to my tenants, leaves no messes and is completely trustworthy. Always gets the job done at a fair price. Highly recommended.

I've known Clay for something like 25 years. Honest, dependable, hard-working, and down-to-earth. Probably doesn't charge enough. Doesn't have much overhead. Knows the answer to every question I've ever asked. He likes to fix things "right", meaning not just tinker enough to get a unit working again, but to actually figure out why it went wrong in the first place. He prefers a used part over a new one, as long as it won't make any difference in reliability - he's not just trying to sell parts in order to get a markup. Whenever I have him out to work on the office HVAC, I ask him to spend an extra half hour and just look for things that might be starting to go wrong. Usually, he tells me he's already done exactly that - and maybe adjusted a couple things already. If you aren't happy with Clay's work, you won't be happy with anybody's.
