Returning to Michigan after 20+ years in Texas I needed to find a Tex-Mex restaurant in the Lansing area, not an easy task. I tried them all and nothing out there compares to the taste, service, and value of the food at Aldaco's Restaurant. Aldaco's is located where Penn. merges into Cedar on the South side of Lansing and once inside I feel like I'm back in Texas. From the freshly made flour tortillas, to the most amazing buffet assortment you'll find, you can't go wrong. If you like food with flavor, texture, a Mexican flair and I'm not talking just hot & spicy. From the ancho peppers, and smoky cumin, to the zesty cilantro and the full myriad of authentic spices in-between are all there for your culinary pleasure.
