Napleton Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Lansing's service department should brush up on their customer service skills. A 3pm oil change turned into an after 5pm departure. When asked at 5pm where my car was I was told they were finishing up and that they were backed up. It was said nicely but someone should have addressed me well before 5pm to inform me instead of me having to ask them...or at least let me know they were backed up when I initially brought my car in so I could decide then to come back!

This is the 2nd Jeep that we have purchased from Ken Walter in 2 years. It is always a painless process- and truly enjoyable. Ken looks out after his customers and is excellent in getting everything completed on a timely basis- or earlier. We will be back!

Ken was very helpful in locating my green jeep and went out of his way to drive to Evansville, Indiana to pick up the jeep and get it in the color I wanted.
