After several useless visits and finally admitting that they lost the item the clueless owner refused to acknowledge the inconvenience or compensate for my time and repeated visits to retrieve my item. It would have been quite sufficient to apologize for their error and offer some reasonable form of compensation for my patience. Instead I found the owner to be quite obstinate, argumentative, and beligerent. If you're new to Lansdale there are numerous and far better choices to spend your dollars not to mention a business that would simply acknowledge their error and strive for a bit of customer satisfaction instead of the ridiculous idea that the inconvenience is somehow the fault of the customer.
