The quality of service that I received at Flip's Automotive was disgraceful. After having my car inspected there, I was happy with the prices as well as the attitude of the owner and staff. Repairs are another story entirely. I had a major repair done on my vehicle. I was told that new parts were purchased and the problem was entirely resolved. Less then 3 months later, the apparent repair failed and left me stranded on a holiday. After having another mechanic do the repair, I was informed that the parts that were supposedly replaced and repaired were factory parts and there was no evidence of any work being done. In other words, I paid Flip's Auto for parts that were never used and work that was never done. The prices may be low, but this establishment is a waste of time.
