Called them and they came out same day, fixed the problem quickly (clogged drain). The price was reasonable - not amazing, but not a rip off either. My wife and son both liked the guy who came out. Can't ask more than that.

Terrible service. The tech was rushing around to install our new garbage disposal (after being 45 min late) and apparently never re-connected the dishwasher. So, when we attempted to run the dishwasher, water began to pour out from DISCONNECTED hose all over the floor and down the back of the undersink cabinet to the basement. Never again, Abbey plumbing, never again.
