Very friendly staff. Pre-sales response was fantastic. Their pricing was very competitive. However... I had problems with my equipment after installation. I called several times to make an appointment to have it fixed. They don't return calls very well - even after speaking with someone in the office who said they would call right back... nothing. When I was able to make an appointment, the technician was courteous, but informed me that my system needed parts. 2 weeks later, after receiving a cryptic call 4 days previously (which I had hoped was them telling me my parts were in - I called back but they did not return my calls). I eventually did speak with 2 separate people who promised they'd get right back in touch with me. No go. Still waiting to hear when they'll be back to fix the system. Pre-sales, great. After sale service...sketchy.
