my app. was 9am, I arrived 8.45, to fill out the papers.the waiting room was empty, after 10 mts peoples started coming like 10 or 12.patients I saw new patients like 3 peoples.EVERYBODY WAS CALLED,some of them didn't wait more than 5 mts.reached to the point that it was only me waiting,even the 945 appts.were called. by 9.45 I got up and toll the receptionist that I was leaving it was a too much waiting.she didn't said much to me.no apology, only that the dentist that have to take care of me was busy, busy with who?with the peoples that came after me? I got home I called her I asked if was something with my name,I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE, LOUSY, OFFICE, IT WAS MY FIRST TIME THERE, GOOD BYE.THEY DIDNT EVEN CALL YOU THE DAY BEFORE TO REMIND YOU ABOUT YOUR APP. JUST COURTESY, MY DRS DO THAT I FOUND ANOTHER DENTIST, MORE FRIENLY.HEY ENCORE WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU, GUYS.I WILL REPORT IT TO MY INSURANCE, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT PEOPLES AND I DONT CARE ABOUT THEM..
