In too much of a hurry. Doesn't diagnose the problem. Told me the transmission was bad in a year and a half old washer. Called another repairman that the appliance maker paid for...problem was a nail was wedged in the bottom of the basket. Was just interested in selling me an appliance...would never recommend!!
