Horrible customer service! I definitely would not recommend this company. On June 17, 2013, a representative from Sterling Mirror Co. came to my home (btw, he was over an hour late) to give me an estimate for wall mirrors. After approx. 30 mins. passed, I went to check in on him to see what was taking so long; the guy had marked up my entire wall...when I asked if it would come off and he said no. I was so upset, I asked him to refrain from measuring since I only asked for an estimate and wasn't even sure I would actually purchase the mirrors. He seemed to be annoyed as he left my home. I immediately called Sterling Mirror to complain and left a message for the owner Michael Kaperst to call me back. Since then, I have called several more times, emailed, and mailed a letter to the owner; no response. To date (July 2, 2013), I still have not heard back from Mr. Kaperst or anyone from Sterling Mirror Co.
