this has been the worst midas i have ever been to. they tried to charge me for a alignment that they didnt do and after waiting for 2hours for my vehicle i had to bring it back.

I took a vehicle to this Midas to get my brakes done and the vehicle was handed back to me with impaired brakes. I asked for my money back and the general manager only offered to contact the VP of the company for me. The worker who worked on my vehicle claimed he did not notice the brake issue while test driving the car. Instead, he and the manager insisted that something coincidentally happened between the test drive and handing me the keys that was not related to the work they did. I had to drive home at 20mph with my flashers on because MIDAS IMPAIRED MY BRAKES!!!! Only after getting in contact with the company vice president was an offer to fix my brakes for free made. I am completely finished with Midas and will certainly never return to this location again. Midas of Annapolis Rd in Lanham thinks nothing of handing you a vehicle which they've damaged. They will take no responsibility for their damage and it'll take a corporate conversation to get them to fix their mess. Don't Go
