Incompetent Shyster Charlatans. Cowards too.



They lied, and then lied again, they didn't do what my mom

asked them in writing, even though they had an obligation to.



Insulting and offending, racists and being discriminating at

times, they were trying to force her to their advise, good

thing she figured out they were wrong and didn't follow, as in

the end she was able to prove them dead wrong, and since

then they are watching "Silence of the Lambs".
