Cant advice anyone to apply to this company called fescum inc, they are very unorganized, the manager and the owner of the company is very rude. they treat there workers and staff like trash. the manger have know respect for anyone. BAD BAD BAD DON'T WORK THERE.

Fescum inc, in my opinion, gives staff adequate training to serve the individuals, they pay on time offer various benefits, offer incentive programs, organize various seminar empowerment to all staff, is vital to inform DSP that if you are hardworking and looking for a career in mental health field this is a very good company to advance your career.I was given an Ipad as a personal gift during the last Christmas and Ipad was also given to over 20 staff who worked beyond the call of duty. Very thorough and attention to detail company, I applied at this company about 1 year ago staff was professional, emphasis was placed on getting all required documents before I can start work, I was told to get all ms DDS required documents, I know some people will not like to get their required documents, that means you are not ready to handle business. Omg , I have had several health care providers look after my love one however Fescum goes above and behond, they took care of my aged mum, took her for all medical appointments, groomed and cared for her,. We treat their staff like family . I will highly recommend them. Marita Parker
