      Dr. Joly is the former President and Managing Partner of Capital Orthopaedic Specialists. He earned his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in 1981. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Maryland Medical Center in 1986. He is Board-certified in orthopaedic surgery and Fellowship-trained in adult reconstructive surgery.
