My therapist was very good and explanatory . I have had many massages before but this was a great massage, tailored to my self, easily adjusting pressure if needed , when directed.. Good for a first time massage person and long time massage goers. I get a massage sporadically, when needed, they were very accomodating to my last minute call for an appointment.Only complaint, room was cold at first and bed was not heated at first, probably because of my short notice call for an appointment.JLD
