Kennett Middle School, located in Landenberg, Pa., is affiliated with the Kennett Consolidated School District. The school offers a variety of educational and co-curricular programs to more than 1,000 students in grades six through eight. It offers various programs, such as English, arts, science, social studies, mathematics and physical education. Kennett Middle School was founded in 2002, and its special education department offers counseling programs for students with physical and mental disabilities. The school additionally provides various special services, including occupational, physical and speech therapies, and behavior management and psychological counseling. Kennett Middle School has a parent-teacher association that participates in curriculum and student development activities. The school operates a daily lunch program at its cafeteria.
