Sadly SWAN COMPANY does not have a satisfactory web presence. They sell one of their "KITS" at one of our local big box stores. It took a consertive effort to discover that they sell their own product. Abet, so far I have only located theier 100 foot drip SYSTEM. I am finding myself either tearing out the owns product from SWAN, or purchase about 8 or 10 drip "KITS" to acquire the fittings we need. I have called several times and always reach their machine, and no one returns my calls. I spent a lot of money purchasing the 100 ft KITS to be able to get the fittings I needed. In a rare moment, our garbage company thought it was trash, and now they are in some dump. I would love to know why SWAN is the exception providing 3/8 inch hoses. EVERY other plumbing supply store and system is every size but 3/8'.How or can I purchase indivigual fittings?

I've been trying to reach Swan since June. Swan was eager to take my money about a year ago to service our sprinkler system. The receipt even says that I have a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. How do I exercise that warranty right if Swan will not return my calls? Recently, he even screens off my calls - won't even allow me to leave a voice mail. I strongly suggest avoiding doing business with this company.

I have been trying to get in touch with this company since July (7months) and can not get anyone to return my calls after saying they would be there in July. Does anyone know if they are still in business?
