Diane-elaine was incredibly polite, attentive and answered every question I had (and I had a lot) in a way that I could understand and never once acted like I was annoying her. She was quick, informative and when she told me how much she charged I said "Oh my God" and put my hand over my mouth. She thought something was wrong, but it wasn't it was FAR FAR less than I expected and a very nice surprise. I will be returning, bringing my wife and friends along with me. Usually getting my taxes done stresses me out and the people are either bland like robots or they're not nice. Diane-elaine Lutz was the exact opposite. Her office was very nice and I just can't say enough good things about her professionalism and demeanor. I'd give L2 Tax Solutions 10 stars if I could. Trevor M
