Lancaster High School is operated by Lancaster County Public Schools, which is headquartered in Kilmarnock, Va. The school provides educational services to students in grades 9 through 12. It conducts classes in language arts, math, science and social studies. It offers vocational and technical education programs in accounting, keyboarding, and business and marketing. Lancaster High School provides special education programs for gifted and talented students. The school also offers foreign language courses in Spanish and French.
