Carter Quality Plumbing sent out Wesley for an emergency call. My pipes would rattle every time I would turn my sink on, after another plumber came previously and told me I needed a PRV, I got a 2nd Opinion. BEST Decision ever!! I needed a whole faucet replacement. VERY PROFESSIONAL & AFFORDABLE!! Will be using Carter Quality for ALL my plumbing needs!

Buyer Beware. Especially SENIOR CITIZENS!
I don't mind paying for good service but this company is very pricey. Felt pressured to have the job done quickly. I have since had their work looked at by a reputible plumber and he said shame on Mr. Carter. Don't be fooled like me with the slick advertising.
Don't call them. New to the area, didn't know who to call so picked them at random. Was told after they arrived that it was $119 just to look at the leak. Cut one pipe, about a 2 foot piece, and put new pipe in, $280. Excessive! It was a $20 problem with about $50 in labor.
this company is very dependable , friendly and did everything they could to make sure the job was done right, the mess was cleaned up and i was completely satisfied i would recommend Carter Quality Plumbing to everyone i know who wants the job done right by a professional team .this was truly the best decision i ever made.
