I have a work truck and took it to get an oil change. They tried to bully me into synthetic oil telling me that it would void the warranty if I didn't use it. I know this isn't the case because we had a warranty issue on another one of our trucks and it was covered using traditional oil. They wrote on my reciept that I didn't use the required oil to try to "punish" me if I had to prove later that I had changed the oil. They were very rude because I didn't just lay down and let them do what they wanted. They figured that the company was paying for it so what was the big deal. If I wasn't confident in what I was talking about they would have made their money for a needless synthetic oil change. I called to complain to the Corp headquarters and got no response. Beware of this place! Don't send someone you care about here who doesn't know what they are talking about. They will come away taken advantage of by aggressive techs in a culture that is encouraged by management.
