I will NEVER return to this store to sell anything. I brought my clothes in on a Monday and they took way too long to get to my clothing. So I returned to today and they gave me back my clothes because it was an older/mature style. I say to everybody out there don't bother going to this store at all because it's just a waste of time. I suggest you take your clothes to goodwill or salvation army because you have a better chance of those places taking your clothes.

If you're on the buying end of Plato's Closet, it's not so bad (especially if you are 13 and looking for a wardrobe full of Forever 21, which I am not). However, if you are on the selling end, it's ridiculous. I had a very disappointing experience trying to sell to the new location in Lancaster. I brought in several bags of clothes and shoes, all in great condition, only to have most of it handed back to me. The store "bought" about 9 things and offered me $20 for it. The rest were things that they "didn't really sell/want in their store". Maybe I'm just overly sensitive, but I don't think so. To me, it was a waste of time and I don't think I'll be back to buy or sell. From now on, I'm taking my clothes to Goodwill or Reuzeit where someone who actually NEEDS clothes will be able to find something they can afford and feel good about wearing.
