      Horrible customer service

      I ordered a replacement part for a water sterilization unit. The part did not work. They requsted i send in my whole unit wich I did. After 3 weeks I had to call them. The reply was: "The service manager was looking for other parts" ( nice of them to keep me informed)Another 2 weeks has gone by, I am out $100.00 for the part and still dont have my unit back. They havn't even had the decency to get back to me yet. This company is a scam and I highly reccomend NOT doing any buisness with them.
