Run...to anyone else. My only nice thing to say is they came out quickly; but, they send the D team to start. One of their team set a paint can on pool table leaving permanent mark. If you still decide to have them do remediation, NEVER have them do any restoration. I still am not satisfied, but they have worn me down. The subcontractor they hired was against my wishes, but they hired anyway. 16 months after the original water damage was still not finished. Poor restoration to hard wood flooring had to be redone and even the was redo was done poorly. I have to be satisfied with large visible dips in the brand new floor which are caused by someone who didn't know how to sand a new hardwood floor. On the redo, they didn't remove & replace the baseboard even though I commented & showed that the floor sander dug into the baseboard. I will have to replace all this baseboard and have it painted. I could make them do this as it is their issue, but after a year and a half, I am done!!!!

Very sloppy. Took over a week to get laundry back after a clean up. Mixed in someone elses laundry with ours. Took 2 weeks to pick up. Confiscated furniture without telling us or accounting for it. We didn't find out til after our renovations (by someone else) that our tv console was missing. Insurance has already closed our claim. Sloppy.
