      Great gym and friendly members

      I always enjoy my workouts at formula fitness in lancaster pa. The price is right for my empty wallet and I like being around people having fun while they exercise. I mostly use the weight machines but I just started a yoga group exercise class. I feel better than ever thanks to formula fitness. See you at the gym!
