McCaskey East High School, affiliated with the School District of Lancaster, offers education to students in grades seven through 12. The school s curriculum includes mathematics, science, home economics, language arts, social studies, computers, and physical and health education. It also provides advanced placement courses in mass communication, literature, history and environmental science. The extracurricular activities offered by the school include quiz bowl, mock trials, field trips, dramatics, and German and Bible clubs. It offers various services to students, including food and transportation, academic counseling and career planning, scholarship programs and medical assistance.
