The doctors at this practice are wonderful. I had a very complicated pregnancy, developing gall bladder disease during week 25 & they were very supportive in my care. Now years later, they still provide the care I need as a regular patient for yearly exams. The doctors are thorough and rarely have I had to wait to be seen.

I am new to this practice since I had an insurance change and this was the only practice that participated. I was very skeptical because of reviews I read about this practice. I want to say that I have received nothing but respect from this practice from the billing down to the nurses and drs. I do want to say Dawn and Kristin (nurses) along with Dr. Jones have shown me the most compassion. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jones and she isn't even my doctor at this time. She was the on call dr when I was struggling with an issue and has gone above and beyond to help me. You don't find doctors like that today! If you are looking for a practice, I would recommend giving it a chance before taking others experiences as your own. I would have made that mistake if it wasn't for an insurance issue.

Billing Dept refused to return a call so a bill could be paid in full x 5 tries. Sent three bills and then to collection. Phone nurse refused to send an RX out of state to a pharmacy when moved told to have old pharmacy take care of. They could not, again called nurse back, she would not do, told again to have pharmacy take care of. Finally, out of state pharmacy said they would simply take care of. Very unprofessional staff!!!

This practice has been nothing but helpful, professional, compassionate, and everything you could want while going through a pregnancy. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for an appointment, the nurses are always very friendly, and the checkout girls have always been resourceful, kind, and accommodating. Every doctor in the practice is highly qualified, down to earth, supportive, and respectful. The 2 new doctors are extremely dedicated and professional, and I hope to have one of them deliver my baby! Although, I am happy with any of the 5 doctors, which speaks volumes for how wonderful this practice is. Contrary to other comments, the doctors are extremely knowledgable and professional (not just anyone can get into med school, graduate, pass the boards, complete an extensive residency, etc). If the doctors wear nail polish or sandals, it just shows they're real women, too!

I have had nothing but problems with this practice since day one. The office staff (including the office manager) is very unprofessional and unpleasant. I have waited between 20-30 minutes consistently past my appointment time just to see a nurse. This has been the case for 4 months! There's been an extra 20-40 minute wait to see a physician after that. All of my appts. have been in the early morning, so there's just no excuse. I've had multiple issues with missing labs and reports despite the fact that their office is housed within an LGH facility that does all of the testing. The newest doctors do not seem very knowledgeable or understanding. I decided to look elsewhere for care despite the fact that I'm 22 weeks along.

two problems: The communication method for the appt reminder/lab results. Its very inappropriate to tell a patient her pap results through a folded and stapled card Anyone who gets a hold of that card can read the inside of the card because its only stapled shut. No envelope. No seal. the second problem is the manager/supervisor. Interesting to read someone else has a complaint about her. I expressed my concern about receiving a card and said that I felt violated. She became defensive and said patient's have never had an issue with the card method. She was talking and looking at me as if my request and my feelings about it were the dumbest thing she ever heard. Where is the patient privacy when I receive my lab results in a stapled card???? The Dr. I met with was very professional.

The office manager, Sharon, is rude - arrogant attitude, not friendly and professional at all, hung up patients' phone calls, and blamed to customers. Horrible customer services and awful personalities. Avoid this office!

The office staff refused to complete a mail order form for my prescription even though the physician stated the office staff would be able to complete this simple task. I was berated by a clerical staff member and a nurse on this matter. At this point I cannot get my prescription filled and most likely will need to ask my PCP for assistance since LPW refused to provide this simple care.
