ELAN believes success and personal growth comes through education. Our rigorous training program for new team members and continued education ensures that every member of our team provides the latest trends, techniques and product knowledge to our clients. We regularly attend Aveda Education courses, Aveda Advanced Academy and Master classes as well as in salon classes taught by ELAN?s Artistic Director and educators.Every year four of our team members partner with Aveda ?behind the scenes? backstage at Fashion Week in New York City. Aveda?s partnering designers include: Thakoon, Temperley London, Rodarte, 3.1 Philip Lim, Ports 1961 and Mark Bouwer. Aveda has chosen to partner with fashion designers who share the same commitment aligned with Aveda?s founding principles of environmentally sustainable business practices.

I have been a long time client at Elan. I started with haircuts and was so impressed by everyone there I started getting spa services too. It is my place away from the everything.

I went in for a spa day, it was the BEST hair cut, facial manicure and pedicure I have ever had. They were so nice and professional always making sure I was comfortable and happy.All the little extras they do really makes a different. I am now a regular client and can not wait until my appointments to be pampered no matter what the service is.
