More helpful than all the other other computer repair services combined. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Puts you at ease while he works on your system. Very patient with my wife's constant questions. Comes right to your door and doesn't try to " take it to the shop." Very flexable hours and are willing to be there when YOU need them. The answering service is even very knowledgable and helpful. I can't say enough about Computerniks, Four stars in my book.
