Not good at all, Satan himself would be a better landlord than this place......The property continues to decline, services are lacking and I believe it is time to contact the county health department as I have started to see rats around the trash bins. Photographs have been taken and it is time to contact both county and state agencies that monitor and investigate companies like this.....You cannot run a company this poorly unless you follow someone's playbook. I hope the State starts to look for that book.
