I stayed in there two nights, first room the door didn't lock, wasn't cleaned and had no phone or remote in it. You don't have hot water while they do laundry either. My last day there which was yesterday the cleaning lady came in my room while I was sleep and preceded to open my wallet and steal money. After I reported this to the front desk, they tell me they've never had a problem with her. How is walking in someone room without permission ok? After she asked if she stole anything, she had the nerve to say she didn't know anyone was in there, I'm 6'3, how do you go from saying you didn't see me to I saw he was sleeping and said oops? I filed a police report

Bugs in room -- bites all over legs and feet, stained old towels, tub filty, shower head falling out of wall - overall gross place -- location good near a lot of food, shopping or anything you would need. Stayed there in Jan 2010 when it was Knights Inn then they said it was better and renovated; it isn't, same dump in August 2010
