      I have taken my motorcycle there every year since 2009 ... I don't ever remember why I do this... Service is horrible.... Never get the bike back on time... 3 day estamate is always a 2 week wait .... I refuse to ever go there again I'm done giving them the benefit of the doubt...

      Parts manager ordered the wrong part then accused me of the mistake. Charged me $12 for a part I never got, used, touched or opened. Terrible cutomer service. Don't ever buy parts becuase it doesn't matter who's fault it will be, it will be yours and you're going to pay.
