Over the past 25 years, I have delt with Tom Lonzi of Tom's Pro Bike & Champion Cyclery. Tom is more than just the most knowledgable Bicycle Shop owner & mechanic in Western New York. He has been a pillar of the cycling community. Tom has volunteered at charity rides, such as the Tour de Cure, MS ride, etc, as a mechanic free of charge, as well as running & supporting racing Teams in Western New York. Tom has been an active member of the (BBC) Buffalo Bicycling Club as well as a Racer. I have personally bought six Serotta Competition Racing Bikes from Tom and wouldn't trust anyone else to service my rides as I do Tom. He is Honest, friendly, courteous & services your bikes FAST!!! Once you visit Tom's Pro Bike Shop, you won't go anywhere else. TPB services more than just high end bicycles, but he puts the same effort in servicing a $500 bike as he does a $5,000 racing bike.

Great service -- I needed some brake pads and they couldn't find them right away. They took down my address and mailed them out to me at no extra charge. They will totally go the extra mile to take care of you.

Tom's is the only bike shop I've done business since about 2004. I had become very frustrated by the shoddy mechanical work I'd experienced at another local shop. My frustration culminated during the bike portion of a duathlon when my gears were skipping so often that I lost several minutes and a possible top 3 in the race. I had taken my bike in to the former shop 3 times for what should've been some fairly easy adjustments. The first thing to learn to appreciate at Tom's is the outstanding level of professional service. Skilled mechanics, including Tom, service the bikes at Tom's, not poorly trained kids they can pay cheaply. I've purchased 3 racing bikes from Tom's over the years, received great service and very competitive pricing. That's why I would Tom's a five star rating.

I jumped into this sport in the spring and thanks to the advice a guidance I received at Tom's I am hooked.
