I believe the actual work done on my vehicle was fine. My issues are:what was, by their own admission, a job that should have taken less than a week took over a monthwhen the car was returned some items that were in it were no longer in it and some items not in it previously were in it. I saw no reason for items to be removed from my car.Had they not taken over a month to finish the job, or at least set expectations, I would have rated these folks better. Over that month I was renting the replacement car out of pocket. In addition I was receiving the old "We're shooting for Friday" followed by "We're shooting for Wednesday" followed by ....
